The Val di Fiemme: towns and villages

The Val di Fiemme is one of the most famous valleys of Trentino. It is located in the north-eastern part of the province, and, along with the Val di Cembra and the Val di Fassa, forms the catchment area of the river Avisio. This river originates at the foot of the Marmolada, the Queen of the Dolomites, and flows into the Adige river north of Trento. The Val di Fiemme is home to various typical and characteristic Alpine towns, all worth a visit and each one a perfect destination for a wonderful holiday in either winter or summer.
